This sophisticated system of trituration of used tyres can work waste tyres coming from cars, trucks, tractor after a process called “stallonatura”.

 Process phases detailed description

• “Stallonatura” (track’s tyres): is a process through the steel ring of tyres is removed within tyres.
• “Stallonatura” (car’s tyres): is a process through the steel ring of tyres is removed within tyres.
• Trituration : is a mechanical process through tyres are cut into pieces of 500 x 500 mm and then they are send to the next phase.
• Granulating: the pieces triturated are now crumbled in granule of 16 x 16 x 16mm.
• Steel thread separation: granules are shared from steel by the use of a magnet. Afterwards steel thread are used in steel industries.
• Ensilage: 1/3 mm granules are put into a silo. Silo have two ways out: the first one goes to big-bag packaging and the other one goes to pulverization unit.
• Big-bag packaging: a part of 1/3mm granules is packed in big-bag to be commercialized.
• Pulverization: 1/3mm granules are pulverized to obtain powder.
• Fibers separation: powder obtained from pulverization process is now separated by textile fibers.
• Screening: the purpose of this process is to share the different granule-sizes.
• Ensilage: the result of previous phase in now put into silos and at the right moment it will be send to weighting.
• Weighting/ sacking: product is weighted and packed in a sack ready to be commercialized.
• Filtration: air transporting granules is filtrated and shared by the use of high performance filters.
